We kindly ask that all guests provide at least 72 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
- No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

Guests who have two consecutive cancellations or reschedules will be required to pay in full prior to booking future appointments. These prepayments are non-refundable.

You must call the salon 215-650-4060 or use the online booking app within the correct time frame to cancel or reschedule.

A valid credit card is required to be kept on file in order to book an appointment. By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy and authorize any applicable charges in accordance with the terms above.

We enforce this policy to ensure our stylists—who work on commission—are fairly compensated for their reserved time, and to allow us the opportunity to offer that time to other guests who may be waiting for an appointment.
